DESCRIPTION
Have you ever imagined sharing a project with students from the Czech Republic without leaving your city? This was the experience of 24 students from UDD’s Elementary Education Program during October and November. This international collaboration allowed students to communicate with each other using English as the main language and share their experience related to education from both countries while developing a project focused on critical thinking.
During the task, UDD students, and as part of the course “Methods and Approaches in ELT”, worked together with students from Hadrec Kralove University, in Czech Republic. They deepened their knowledge related to critical thinking skills and designed appropriate activities to teach English as a Foreign Language to Elementary School children, fostering critical thinking.
