This interesting COIL course developed by UDD students in collaboration with students from the Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico (TEC) focused on promoting leadership from a gender equity perspective in companies regardless of their size.
Students, gathered in interdisciplinary groups, acquired essential skills for today’s world, including cultural empathy, knowledge of other cultures, communication, and teamwork. Throughout the process, they managed to assess the current state of affairs, gather information, and generate a proposal to create workspaces that promote greater gender equity.
