The course, titled «Comparative Urbanism Seminar Washington DC – Santiago de Chile,» focused on conducting comparative studies between both capitals, specifically in their suburban areas. It evaluated climatic, territorial, service, and existing infrastructure conditions to ultimately generate forward-looking reflections on how these areas should continue to develop in the future.
Students, organized into 7 working groups composed of both UDD and VT-WAAC students, engaged in this collaborative work. They held a weekly online session (Zoom) for collective discussions between students from both schools and their respective professors, along with independent work sessions coordinated among themselves on the other days.
