Experiential learning in health careers is essential. This is why UDD offers a hands on experience in the Chilean Health System.
International students studying Medicine, Nursing, Kinesiology, or Nutrition and Dietetics may carry out their internships or clinical rotations in one of our clinical centers.
In their role as health professionals, they will have contact with patients and must be able to care for them and their environment, family and work with the community. In this way, during their internship or clinical rotation, students are in a real environment, be it a hospital, health center or in a doctor’s office with the patient, always supervised by a tutor.
The start and end date of each internship or clinical rotation, and the areas in which the international student will work are agreed with each of the programs before the start of the internship or clinical rotation.
